Finally got my chance to interview DrBill, the man behind the CashFission.com adult webmaster sponsor program. An all around straight-up guy with some good knowledge about the biz. Got to ask a bunch of questions about his service and a little about the man himself...here is what he had to say during the one on one...
C-Pimp: Your new sponsor program looks promising. Can you start out by giving the readers an outline on your service, the scoop on what it's all about?
DrBill: We are a 65% partnership program that only deals with niche sites. Toon, Mature, Lesbian, BBW, Ebony and Shemale. We offer special promo. material. If we don't have it we will make it.
C-Pimp: How long have you been in the online adult game? What other projects have you been a part of?

DrBill: I have been in the adult industry for about 3.5 – 4 years. Started out doing Shemale only and was/still the expert in the field for ARS/Shemale. I started just by working with sponsors and moved on from there. Someone (will not say who) wanted to do a Toon site but did not have the funds to do it so I put up the money. And they did the work. Did not last long. So I bought out their part and here I am today.
C-Pimp: Why did you decide to offer a recurring percentage on signups as opposed to a straight out per signup fee?
DrBill: Well I felt that a recurring program is more clean. Partners really are partners and we all work together. Also helped with the payout as Ibill does all that as I am only one person.
C-Pimp: What type of system are you currently using to track and monitor all the statistics for your members and how reliable is it?
DrBill: Currently using ClickMan. It is very reliable. Tested it for 2-3 weeks before opening in to our partners. It counts the sign ups 100% and the traffic is about 99% accurate. Also a webmaster can compare IBILL initial signups with clickman stats. Because Ibill pays that means there are 2 different sets of stats.
C-Pimp: You got six sites in your program at the moment, each covering a different niche. Which ones have been converting the best for your members? What kind of ratios should a member of CashFission expect?
DrBill: Currently I would have to say the best converting site will be toonxxx.com. 1:250-450 and that is on its bad days. Next up would be LesbianGoddess.com in about the 1:300 area. (have has some really good conversions with SE traffic) Over all I would say that if promoting all the sites you should come up with about 1:350 for all the sites.
C-Pimp: Any plans to launch new site covering even more niches? Which niches do you have planned in the near future?
DrBill: Tits site coming in a few days. And we have a Gay site planned in the next few weeks. I hate to release a site without testing it first. That is why more time is always needed. I have also found that webmasters ( I for one) have never liked 20 sites released at once. So we try and release in weekly spurts.
C-Pimp: Do you offer any bonuses or added incentives to your top producing webmasters?
DrBill: I will work out deals per person basis for large amounts of sales/traffic but currently we have no incentives in place for more than 65% recurring.
C-Pimp: On your site, I noticed that you got “An Atomic Split From The Ordinary Referral
Program” written on top of your pages. According to you, what makes your referral program unique and different?
DrBill: Well when I opened it we were one of the only programs give 65% the biggest I had seen before was 60% so I did the #'s and figured that it would work to give webmasters 65%. That is what made us different. I guess a lot of people have moved up there with that idea. I now see 100% partnerships.
C-Pimp: How many people do you have on your team working to hold everything together?
You know, update the sites, make sure webmasters are paid on time, customer support and stuff.
DrBill: Currently there is Kidred = Kidredproductions.com that does all the design. All the updates and coding is done by me, RobP and Miss Gwen keep up Webmaster Support on behalf of Cashfission.
C-Pimp: Will you be heading over to Internext next week, will you be setting up a booth for webmasters to come and visit?
DrBill: Been there done that and no booth. Still trying to get my head back together! :o)
C-Pimp: And finally, I gotta ask, how did you come up with the name DrBill?
DrBill: When I first got on the net. I needed a free email address. Remember iname.com well they had a domain “thepentagon.com” I wanted billclinton@thepentagon.com but they would not let me have that so I had to settle for drbill@thepentagon.com and that is how it came about. I even answer to Bill LOL and that is me.
