C-Pimp: First off, can you give all our readers a little background info on yourself? How long have you been in this business and what your role is with 2000Charge.

Wolf: I started in this industry in 1994 with web hosting and Video Streaming, of course my services were mostly desired by Adult Webmasters, who else would push technology more than the successful adult industry. I was also involved in credit card processing, and this made me realize that such a company could offer way more than just credit card acceptance, in fact I wanted to provide global e-commerce solution.
C-Pimp: I've seen your service evolve over time into a full serviced billing company with numerous features for webmasters. When was the company founded and what billing services does it currently provide?
Wolf: The Company 2000Charge.Com was founded in 1998, but our European processing roots go way back to 1995, we started out accepting European Bank Debit and over time we added more and more billing solutions.
As of right now we offer a wide range of billing options such as standard and international credit card billing, European BankDebit, AsiaPay (Payment System for the Asian Market) and US Online Checks.
C-Pimp: I also noticed that you offer various other services, like hosting and video, what can you tell us about that and what other services are available to your clients?
Wolf: We have our own web hosting facility located in Downtown Los Angeles offering high bandwidth hosting plans. This includes Shared Servers, Dedicated Server, Co-Location Server, complete Video Streaming solutions, Pay by the Minute Chat Rooms, Shopping Carts and all this can be easily integrated with our e-commerce options.
C-Pimp: Any signup fees? What percentage do you hold on sales? Is there any initial hold or security deposit required?
Wolf: Currently we are offering our new customers a “no risk trial” without any sing up fees. 2000Charge's fee range between 12-15% depending on volume, we hold a 10% 6 months rolling reserve in case of chargebacks. We have no monthly fees or hidden charges of any kind and without any minimal or maximum monthly amount required for each account.
C-Pimp: You offer your webmasters a referral program that I feel is pretty flexible, allowing them the possibility to pay by signup, percentage or by click. Is the whole thing easy to setup and manage? Do you handle all payouts? Is this service available to all your webmasters for Free?
Wolf: Setup and management is very easy, once setup all the sign up process is done automatically, the tracking is done from our referral system. We can send the commission checks to our clients, which utilize our referral service like clockwork.
C-Pimp: I honestly don't know much about the EuroCard and AsiaATM options, do you have any numbers for us? Any statistics on how many potentials overseas have access to this type of service? How exactly do they work?
Wolf: The problem is, that outside of the USA, the credit card coverage is as low as 4%, that is why we build systems to access the other 96% of non-converting clients. We basically travel to each country and build a local payment system to be able to access the clients Bank Accounts (as we do in Europe currently) or access their debit cards. Our system is very user friendly, which means each of our customers will be provided with the necessary language sign up page, just as a conventional join page, and from there we will run all submitted information through our fraud filters and process the transaction.
C-Pimp: What are your policies on charbacks? How do you normally go about handling chargebacks? In the adult business, chargebacks are way to common for some, what type of tolerance do you offer your webmasters?
Wolf: We have a $10.00 chargeback fee, which is very rare seen. International sales will be able to go through the system as well, since we don't have to block international. We have advanced fraud filters inside and outside the US, we also have fraud prevention systems in Europe, Asia and of course in the US.
C-Pimp: As soon as a webmasters signs up for your service, how long does it take for their account to be setup and ready for processing?
Wolf: We have a self-installation manual which will be sent to the client on request, this way if the client handles the installation himself he can be up and running within hours. The usual setup time is between 3 to 5 business days.
C-Pimp: Customer service and support is key, especially since webmasters rely on your service to generate their income. What kind of support do you offer, and how important is it for 2000Charge to be accessible by customers when needed?
Wolf: We offer customer service in 3 different continents (did I mention we are a global company :-), a fully self automated help desk, webmaster support is available around the clock, you can rest in peace and be assured to reach myself or one of the technician always.
C-Pimp: That's just about does it for this on, I appreciate you taking the time to do this, is there anything you would like to add or say before we close this up?
Wolf: I want to thank you for this Interview, and can give all webmasters the advice to think globally, there is much more out there than just the US market, Asia, Europe, and Latin markets, are all still in the expansion stage with the Internet and will far exceed the US market soon.
